My approach to ADA compliance is based on fully integrating people with disabilities into all aspects

of your business model;  transportation system, facilities, communications, or activity.

Early in life, I was an automotive technician that specialized in Honda car service. After an automobile accident in 1980 I became a fulltime wheelchair user due to a spinal cord injury. After my rehabilitation, and after many rejections, I started my own automobile service company. After 7 years, I went back to school and graduated with a BSME from the University of Michigan School of Engineering.

Many ADA compliance approaches used today evaluate accessibility and ADA compliance as a risk, litigation or otherwise, while my innovative approach treats accessibility like any other customer interface.  By creating an inclusive and ADA compliant system, the entity welcomes in a much broader segment of the population.  Accessibility and ADA compliance then becomes a part of the integrated business model.
Products, goods and services must be right, the first time, and integrating accessibility, inclusion and ADA compliance into the fabric of the company or entity, will ensure that employees and customers alike are welcomed and valued.

Over 50 million Americans have a disability and over 70 million Americans are 65 years of age or older.  Let me help you achieve your corporate goals, while expanding your market base and your market share, your success is right around the corner.
